DELIVERY & RETURNS

Ordering and Delivery

Orders can be placed on our website or by calling our shop on 01702 472324 during opening hours when we are happy to offer you any advice you might need – or take your order.

If any problems arise with your order we will contact you by email or telephone.

On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation order by email.

UK Delivery

We aim to get your order to you within 3-4 days.

Delivery costs are as follows:
Standard UK – £3.95 delivery

If you wish to place an order up to and including the value of £20.00 please telephone us BEFORE you place the order as we may be able to offer you a cheaper delivery rate.

We are happy to arrange express delivery on any order. Please call or email for a quote.

International Delivery

If you would like us to deliver anywhere outside of the UK please call or email for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied uplease read the following carefuly:

Contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt stating which items you wish to return.  If you do not contact us in writing within 14 days of recept we will not be able to process the returned items

The goods must then be returned to us in the followng condition:

Unworn and unwashed – anything returned to us needs to be in a re-saleable condition

All tags and labels should still be attached – we strongly advise you to check the items over carefully before removing any tags and labels

You, the customer, bear the cost of return, which we will only refund if the goods are faulty.

We cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post. And therefore recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from your post office and any necessary insurance. Returned goods must be clearly marked "Returns Department" and posted to:

Please include your name and address with all returns.

If we feel goods have been returned in a condition not acceptable to us we will contact you to discuss how we will proceed.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with.
